6. Trust Score and Reviews

• Trust scores are calculated based on reviews and verification
• Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences

• Guarantee successful rental transactions

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

• Disputes between users
• Actions or omissions of other users

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: ₹10,000 or the amount you paid in the last 12 months, whichever is less.

• Disputes with other users

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time with a 30-day grace period for reactivation.
