Yes. Many users own a property and also rent elsewhere. You can switch roles anytime from your profile. Your Rentrust Score applies to both, and you can have separate active rentals as tenant and landlord simultaneously.
Yes. Creating an account, building your Trust Profile, active rental tracking, maintenance tickets, and private chat are all free. Premium features may be introduced later with advance notice.
Yes. Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All personal data, listings, and chat history are removed. You have a 30-day grace period to reactivate before permanent deletion.
